Arrival and check-in
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
- Can I arrive outside those hours?
- Arrivals outside the stated window need to be agreed in advance. Call or email the property before your travel day so the hosts can confirm what is possible.
- Is there a minimum age for check-in?
- No. The property applies no age restriction for check-in.
Parking and getting here
- Is there parking, and does it cost anything?
- Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed for it.
- Can I reach the guesthouse without a car?
- Teliu railway station is about 1.5 km from the guesthouse, and Brașov-Ghimbav International Airport is about 28 km away. The property does not run a transfer or shuttle service, so arrange your own onward transport.
- Where exactly is the guesthouse?
- Str. Tudor Vladimirescu 575, 500400 Teliu, on the eastern side of Brașov County. The Contact page has a Google Maps link that opens the exact location.
Rooms and beds
- What is included in every room?
- Each room has a private bathroom, a TV, free toiletries and free Wi-Fi.
- Do all rooms have a balcony or a view?
- No. Balconies, terraces, garden views and mountain views exist in selected rooms only, so they depend on the accommodation type you book.
- What is the largest option for a family or group?
- The Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace. It has two separate bedrooms, listed with one queen bed and one full bed, sleeps up to four guests, and has its own terrace.
- Can three people share one room?
- Yes. The Comfort Triple Room has a queen bed plus a sofa bed, giving a third sleeping space.
- Are the rooms non-smoking?
- Yes, the rooms are non-smoking.
Children and families
- Are children welcome?
- Children of all ages are welcome, and family rooms make it easy to stay together.
- What do cribs and extra beds cost?
- For children aged 0 to 2, an extra bed on request is 50 lei per child per night and a crib on request is 30 lei per child per night. For ages 3 to 16, an extra bed on request is 50 lei per child per night. These are subject to availability, are paid separately and are not included in the accommodation price.
- Is there anything for children to do on site?
- There is a playground with outdoor play equipment, an indoor play area for poor weather, and board games and puzzles in the house.
- Are there meal options for children?
- A kid-friendly buffet is available at the property, and kids' meals are available at an additional charge.
Food and drink
- Can I eat on site?
- Yes. The property has a restaurant and pizzeria, a coffee house, a bar and a snack bar, so meals and drinks do not require a drive.
- Can special diets be catered for?
